PackAudio

PackAudio is a `JDBC web application` designed for Chunghua Post Office in Taiwan, China. "PackAudio" lets you send packages/letters along with the video/audio you want to show to the recipient. It means that you can not only send packages to someone, but also share your feelings at the moment the recipent gets your items.

EasySend

An application designed to improve the efficiency of sending postages out. This application helps to save time and reduce typo simultaneously. Further, sender will receive the email notification after the package arrive the receiver. APPlication functionality include:

  • Avoid format and handwriting problem
  • Save sender’s time from writing same information
  • Address directly use from google map
  • Convenient for both servers and customers by using
EPost App 2.0 (E-post app improved )

E-Post App 2.0 is designed as a improvement over the existing ChongWha Post App. Main changes we made include changing some less used or disliked functions and improve or replace them, change the login and security system for easier use. The project is designed in UML and uses HTML and PHP.

QR stamp

QR stamp is a new idea which can ehance the efficiency while distribute the letters. The aim is to work on the human classification of letters problem which is inefficient and expensive. With the QR stamp, we can reduce the cost, time, and also mistakes at the same time.

Chunghwa online storage service

The storage of important documents can be difficult at home. With in Taïwan a high percentage of humidity, the documents can be damaged. Our solution is designed to avoid loss or document damage by storing everything in Chunghwa and providing an easy access to the documents by a website. The project is designed in UML and implemented in Java and HTML/CSS.

Intelligent classification of letters & packages

The system automatically classifies letters and packages. The primary change is to convert the ZIP code numbers into the barcode, so that post office can directly scan it instead of reading the numbers. It can save not only the time, but also the human resources. The design in UML is implemented in Python.

Broken electric appliance transport service

Broken electric appliance transport service is designed as a service over the top of the Taiwan post office network. The project helps customers to get their broken electronics fixed at home.

Automatic Job Matching Service

Workers are feeling discouraged or unfulfilled at their current jobs but are unable to find work elsewhere due to the complicated process of finding a job. People might not have the resources, time, or self-motivation to search for new opportunities so instead they remain within that role but become less satisfied with their work, which then reflects poorly onto the company he or she works for. Furthermore, companies are unable to find workers that best fit the positions they need to fill since they are solely relying on the individual’s motivation to apply. The project is a platform wherein workers and companies are able to simultaneously find a job opportunity that best fits their interest, experience, and education. This platform uses keywords from the employees’ profiles and resumes as well as the job listing information from companies to provide a match of a possible job. If the user shows further interest in the jobs returned from our system, he or she can send a resume to the company through our platform to begin the application process. Objectives

  • Find workers jobs in which they will feel satisfied and motivated.
  • Connect companies to a more precise selection of job applicants.
  • Provide the opportunity for workers to work abroad if desired.
